CXCR4-T2A-Luciferase
With the purpose of increasing homing efficiency of MSCs and illustrating their distribution, we had constructed a composite part that containing coding sequences of chemokine receptor CXCR4 and bioluminescence Luciferase. It’s also convenient for us to construct our plasmids through Gateway technology.
CXCR4 is responsible for directing T lymphocytes to the lesions whose ligand is CXCL12, one of the most common chemokines in various inflammatory diseases, especially in inflammatory bowel disease(IBD). (Details could be seen on BBa_K1993013).
Luciferase is a kind of oxidative enzymes that produce bioluminescence which enable us to observe cells in vivo. (Details could be seen on BBa_K1993015).
T2A is a self-cleaving 2A peptide (The average length is 18–22 amino acids) that could be applied in expression of more than one gene in cells. (Details could be seen on BBa_K1993019)
